Red curry with chicken and young coconut


1.    Pour Red curry into a pot. Heat up on the stove to boil about 1 minute.
2.    Add chicken and simmer for 1 minute.
3.    Add young coconut and simmer about 5-7 minutes.
4.    Add red chili, kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves and remove from heat.

Sliced chicken 1/2 cup
Sliced young coconut 3/4 cup
Kaffir lime leaves 1 tablespoon
Sliced red chili 1/2 tablespoon
Basil leaves 2 tablespoons
