Kang Som with mixed vegetables

 

1.    Pour Kang Soum Soup into a pot. Heat up on the stove to boil about 1 minute.
2.    Add head white cabbage, cauliflower, string beans and white cabbage. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3.    Add shrimp and boil for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
 

 

 



Roi Thai Kang Som soup 250ml 1 box

Fresh shrimp peel 1/2 cup

Bouquet of cauliflower (cut into small) 1/4 cup

Head white cabbage (cut into thick glasses 1 / 4 inch) 1 / 4 cup

White cabbage (cut into 1 inch length) 1 / 4 cup

String beans (cut into 1 inch length) 1 / 4 cup
